Customer Service
Our dedicated customer service desk is located on the lower Peter Street Mall (on level 3 when exiting the lifts)
Facilities available to customers here included sending and receiving faxes, postage stamps, and information about Laurence Town Centre.

Laurence Town Centre Gift Vouchers
Laurence Town Centre Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of €10, €20 and €50 and are redeemable in any of our stores, with the exception of Fran & Jane. Vouchers are sold at the customer service desk, located on the lower Peter Street Mall in the centre.

Car Park
Our well lit and secure underground car park has entrances/exits on to Palace Street and Peter Street. For directions please see our location map. (Click here for map)
The Laurence Centre Car Park is open:
Monday to Wednesday 9am to 7pm
Thursday & Friday 9am to 9pm (Free Parking every Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 9pm)
Saturday 9am to 7pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am to 6pm

Disabled Parking
We have ample designated parking spaces for customers who require this facility. Disabled spaces are located conveniently close to access the malls.
Parent & Baby Parking
We have dedicated parking for parents with toddlers and babies. These are signposted for your convenience.

Baby Changing & Feeding Facilities
We have a dedicated parent’s room in which you can feed or change their little ones. A bottle warmer and microwave are provided in this spacious and private room which has a comfy armchair and space for a buggy.
The Parents room is located on the upper Laurence Street Mall beside the William Street pedestrian entrance to the centre.

Toilets
Male, Female and Disabled toilets are located on the upper Laurence Street Mall beside Champion Sports. There are also male, female and disabled toilets upstairs from the Laurence Street Mall, through the double doors beside the William Street pedestrian entrance. A lift is provided for customers here.

Food Court
At the LTC we have a dedicated food court with tenants Bagel Bar and Mi Casa with ample seating for small or large groups of customers. We also offer baby chairs and Sky News on our Plasma TV.

ATM
Our Atm cash machine is located on the Peter Street Mall on the lower level opposite the food court.

Disabled Access to the Shopping Centre
At our entrance on Laurence Street with have a disabled lift for wheelchair use. This area is covered by CCTV and our staff will offer assistance to any customer who requires us to be of assistance. All other entrances have ample facilities for entrance into the centre.

Lost Property
Any items found by staff in the Laurence town Centre or found by the public and brought to our attention are logged and kept at our customer service desk for two weeks. We cannot always guarantee that your lost item will be handed in by a member of the public. Please contact our customer service staff on 041-9810940.

Child Stay safe Policy
We strive to offer a safe and caring environment for children. In the event that your child goes missing we ask that you notify a member of store staff or centre staff immediately. Our security staffs are located at entrances to the centre and we work very closely concerning child safety with all of our store managers. The centre offers a lock down centre system in the event a child is not recovered after a certain period of time.

Social Groups
We are delighted at the Laurence town centre to host a monthly mother and toddler group. If you are unable to attend this, why not give us your contact information and we would be delighted to send on any handouts or information from experts that have been provided at each meeting. If you have your own group that does not have any where to meet, talk to us. We have ample space available in our Food Court. This is subject to terms and policies of the Laurence Town Centre.
